Tropical Storm Shary Forms in the Atlantic

Tropical Storm Shary is located south-southwest of Bermuda, and is moving northwest near 9 MPH, with winds near 40 MPH. Also, a tropical wave is located east-southeast of the Windward Islands and is being monitored for further development. There is an 80% chance of this system becoming a tropical depression or storm within the next 24 to 48 hours. This GOES-East imagery was captured on October 29, at 1445Z.
