Isaac As Seen By the NASA/NOAA Suomi NPP Satellite

Tropical Storm Isaac was captured by the NASA/NOAA Suomi NPP satellite in the afternoon of August 22. Isaac is forecast to strengthen on its path through the Caribbean toward Florida, although forecasters caution that interaction with land remains a complicating factor to knowing its precise path and intensification. This image was taken by the NASA/NOAA Suomi NPP satellite around 1700Z on August 22, 2012.
