Winter Storm Affecting Midwest and Ohio Valley

A strong winter storm will bring heavy snow to parts of the Upper Midwest into the Ohio Valley on Monday into Tuesday. As much as 4-8 inches of snow is possible. This storm is forecast to spread into the mid-Atlantic coastal states over the next few days, although the spread in the models as of today means that there is still uncertainty where the greatest impacts will be. This image was taken by GOES East at 1945Z on March 4, 2013.
